RETURNS:   In the unlikely event that you decide to return an item, we will accept returns within seven days of receipt as long as they are returned to us in the same condition that they were sent.  You pay shipping to return the item to us and we will refund the full purchase price less the original shipping charges.

PRIVACY:   We are very concerned about protecting the privacy or our customers.  We promise that any information you provide to us will remain confidential and we will not share information including your e-mail address with third parties.  Information you provide to us will be used solely for transactions regarding this web site. 

APPRAISALS:  We often receive requests about identifying items and appraising their value.  Most often we suggest that you call a local antiques dealer in your area to assist you in finding a qualified appraiser.
