BASMA'S ANNUAL GAS CARD RAFFLE Dewey Hughes has agreed to chair the Gas Card Raffle again this year. He has already sent books out to members. Our annual gas card raffle is being conducted a little different this year. Due to the corona virus, many of this yearís cruises planned by BASMA and also by other clubs and associations have been cancelled. Those that havenít been cancelled yet, may still be cancelled depending on the color status of the area where the cruise is to be and those CDC and State regulations that would apply. Currently we are planning to have our cruises that are already scheduled for August and September, but that of course could change. This being said, most of our raffle tickets, traditionally have been sold at the various car shows/cruises around the area. To offset this, we have extended the selling period for our gas card raffle until December 12, 2020.
The winners will be drawn at our Christmas Party on December 12th.

ANNUAL SUMMER PICNIC Attendance at our annual summer picnic has been dwindling the last few years. This may be due to other things going on that day or lack of sufficient entertainment (this one is hard to believe). After some discussion at the recent BOD meeting, it was suggested that maybe a poker run or just a destination cruise could be arranged. At the last poker run we had (last summer) only 5 cars
showed up, but we had a great time. We could have a picnic at the end. We will discuss this at the June meeting.
Hopefully some members will give us their preference and we can get a guide as to how many would participate.
