à Who are the key individuals and leader on each the “sending” side and the “receiving” side?  What are the motivators and demotivators of the sending and receiving personnel?

· Technology

à What are the critical pieces of equipment to be transferred?  What are the shipment methods and time frames for packing, shipping, and setting up the equipment

à What  are the minimum requirements for equipment/process operators?

à Are all of the process steps documented?  If not, what is the plan to complete the documentation?

à What are the hiring and training plans for the receiving site?

à What are the qualification requirements to ensure that the technology has been transferred correctly?

à What are the customer notification requirements?

à What are the customer qualification requirements?

· Transfer plan

à Formulate the plan including transferring equipment, hiring and training personnel, notifying customers, conducting qualifications

à Review  the plan with all involved, modify

à Identify critical milestones

à Identify risks and mitigation actions

· Conduct regular team review meetings, discuss problems, update plan
