About Us

Wayde D. Nelson has 24 years industry experience in business, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and personnel management. Education includes an MBA from Duke, MS Statistics from RIT, and a BSEE from Penn State.  He has held management positions with GE, Square D, Danaher Corp, Harris Corp, Intersil Corp, and Fairchild Semiconductor.  Wayde’s technology base includes semiconductors, industrial controllers and software.  He is well versed in the industrial, automotive, space, communications, and computer markets.  He brings with him strengths in research, analysis, communications, and innovation.  Wayde is an accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB), a worldwide accreditation body.  More than 3500 Senior Executives have successfully passed the IIB’s accreditation process and can help business owners with issues ranging from financing, human resources, sales and marketing, organization and management, quality and ISO9000, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning and exit strategies.
