Lockport Gargling Oil Tin Sign - $785

Here is the only Lockport sign I have ever seen on tin.
It has its share of wrinkles & bends, but a very rare sign and displays well. Mounted on a pine block of wood.

Here is a nice turn of the century wood sign from a farm near Sherman, NY, located between Erie and Buffalo.
It is 2- sided with one side much better than the other.

 

 

Ship Advertising on tin - $2500

Size: Frame size 36" x 46" Sight size: 29" x 39"  
Wonderful old tin sign advertising the Hamburg/American Companies.
S.S. Imperator 1913 (largest ship in the world) signed by the artist Bishop and painted in 1911. This was the first of 3 sister ships and was in service until 1930s.

Size: 6" x 20"  - 2 pieces
This sign is very heavy gauge tin and is in very good condition.
It's mounted to a board for display purposes.
It's a very tough RR related sign to find.

 

 

Wooden undertaker sign - SOLD

A funeral sign with an interesting history.
At some time in its life it was use as a preparation slab with a drain hole and drainage grooves leading to it - both still visible on the back, and original lead pipe is still in the hole.

Tom Moore 10 cent Cigar Tin Sign - $3250
Ca.1900
Size: 24" diameter, 2" deep
This is the largest Tom Moore sign I have ever seen especially with so much going on in the picture. It's also the only round sign. The others are rectangular with only his head showing. Very rare and great original condition.
