I picked this up on a house call last week, and no one has seen it or had a chance to change the finish, etc. It’s in great red paint with wild squiggles all over. It’s square nailed throughout with no damage and a wonderful old patina and wear pattern. It has great side cutouts and good feet cutouts. All-in-all a GREAT LITTLE SINK, just the way I like to find them.
Unusual Curly Maple & Cherry 2 Drawer Stand - $1285.00. 20” wide,18” deep,28” tall. This is an unusual stand in that the top drawer is semi-circular going left to right; a bow front look. Both drawer fronts are solid curly maple as are the panels in the three skirts. The top is also bowed similar to the drawer front. It has wonderful turned cherry legs and period brasses. The finish is old and dark and has great patina. The stand appears to have been painted at one time as there are remnants on the inside and underside. There is an interesting apprentice error on the front legs on the square. it looks as if they were morticed, and when the cabinetmaker saw it, he had the apprentice put the same cutout pieces back in.

in a great warm cherry color and patina. It has no problems and is a

Corner Cupboard- Wonderful original paint- Ca.1820- $12,500. Size: 39” wide, 74 1/2” tall. Found in Westmoreland County, Southwestern Pa. This is a wonderful old cupboard my wife and I took out of a log cabin southeast of Pittsburgh in the late 1960’s. We have used it in our kids bedroom for years. The cupboard is in the condition we found it with exception of wallpaper on the inside . It is reeded down both sides, double pinned at every joint, and has early cut nails. The hardware is all original as is the glass. The hand planing can be plainly seen and felt through the paint. The size is great. It is almost tiny by corner cupboard standards. I attribute this to the fact that it was used in early log cabin. This is a rare find in today’s market
Countertop Apothecary Chest - $850.00. Here is a nice 10 drawer apothecary chest in as- found condition. It probably dates from the turn of the last century. It has nailed drawers and a few extra glass labels inside one of the drawers. 24” x 24” x9” deep.
