Mommitude is a thirty-three year old happily married Christian woman who happens to have an autistic son.
The lack of your ability to find my real name is deliberate in order to protect T.J. and my family's confidentiality.
In the hopes that even ONE person could be encouraged by my situation or learn something they didn't know about autism.
How long has this site been around?
This site was created sometime in the summer of 1995, but has grown significantly since that time.
Do you seriously give your site on your resume?
Of course! I taught myself how to write html code, I decided to limit graphics to make it easier for slow computers, I figured out how to design and layout my website information so it was easy to follow. So yes, I do list this website on my resume as I am very proud of it.
Why don't you have more graphics, fancy tables or JAVA on your website?
T.J. was raised down south where the schools that have computers tend to be older and less able to run such high-end websites easily. I wanted people, even if they only had access in the library, to be able to see my webpage without having to wait or it crashing their system.
What can you tell me about Geneva's MSOL program?
If you came here because you are in Geneva's MSOL program or thinking about it, you should go to the Geneva College website to find out more. I will tell you I loved being able to attend a Christian college to get my Master's degree and I enjoyed the cohort learning environment.
