Health Guarantee
If you purchase/purchased a puppy from Cyndabrook Labs, you will be pleased to know that we have done our very best to provide you with a totally healthy pup.
We will be happy to replace your puppy if any of the following conditions occur and you follow the written procedure. Your pup is not guaranteed after 10 days from purchase for: parvovirus, distemper, or kennel cough. He will have his first puppy shot. It is your responsibility to follow with the necessary shots.
 | If your puppy has any physical condition making it a poor health risk within 21 days of purchase. Veterinarian letter must be submitted to me stating the condition and the puppy must be returned to me. |
| If your dog develops Progressive Retinal Atrophy within the first year and a veterinarian must submit this in writing to me. The dog must be returned to me and will then be replaced with a dog of the same color and similar breeding. Any shipping fees and all veterinarian fees are the owners responsibility |
| The dog is guaranteed against hip dysplasia for 26 months. This gives you time to have the hips certified with the OFA and give me the results. To qualify for a replacement you must have the dog spayed or neutered and a letter must be submitted by your veterinarian of this procedure. The AKC registration must be returned to me. Your money will be refunded for the dog. I will replace the puppy if so desired with a puppy of the same color and similar breeding. |
These guarantees apply only to the original owner. The hip and eye guarantee only apply if the dog has never been bred or used for breeding.
NO OTHER REIMBURSEMENT FOR ANY COST IS INTENDED OR IMPLIED BY THIS STATEMENT. THE OWNER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FREIGHT COSTS OR VETERINARIAN EXPENSES.
