2000 - Laurel (Mrs. Potato Head), Sean (Woody), Ryan (Buzz) and Ed (Mr. Potato Head)

2001 - Connor (Spider-Man), Laurel (Bat Girl), Ed (Robin), Ryan (Superman) and Sean (Batman)

2002 - Laurel (Queen), Ryan (Knight), Connor (Prince),
Sean (Dragon), Ed (King). We bought the knight and
dragon costumes, Laurel made the rest.
 

Laurel made all of the costumes before 2000. In 2000, she made the Mr. & Mrs. Potato Heads and in 2001, she made the Bat Girl.

2003 - All store-bought costumes for the kids this year :-(

Ryan is Dark Magician, Connor is a Power Ranger and Sean is Summoned Skull.
