Ladder 474

Ladder 474 is 1994 Spartan/General 65' Telesquirt with six riding positions.  It is the first, and currently only,aerial ladder and elevated master 
stream device in Lincoln County.  It powers a 1750gpm Waterous midship pump with sidemount controls through a transfer case.  The poly tank
holds 500 gallons of water.  Ladder 474 was originally Portage Fire Department Engine 3, Portage, MI until February 2005 when it was 
acquired by the Hamlin Volunteer Fire Department.  Equipment carried on this unit include:  1000 feet 5 inch LDH;  750 feet of 2 1/2 inch 
supply/attack hose; 600 feet 1 1/2 inch attack line;  16" positive pressure ventilation fan; 6kw portable electric start generator;  dash mounted 
video camera; stokes basket;  equipment for pumpers as specified in NFPA 1901.
