Join us as we experience the balance that hatha yoga brings
to daily life. The emphasis of these classes is on bringing
energy and muscular strength to the physical body, proper alignment in the poses,
mental attunement to the body, the quality of the breath, and the
release of chronic muscular gripping to allow for deep release of tension.
Classes are geared toward all practitioners, from the basic beginner to the more
