| ||Watt worked for a construction company in Kentucky as a truck driver. His company won the contract from the C & O Railroad to work on the Big Bend Tunnel in Talcott WV around 1930 - 1932. Ida and Minnie Mae ran a boarding house in Talcott where some of the men working on the tunnel stayed. Watt and Minnie met while Watt was staying at the boarding house and married a short time after. |
| ||||William joined the Confederacy as a Lt. in the 36th VA Cavalry Company C. He was captured in Cabell County, VA(WV) and then taken Pow Camp Chase. He was transfered to Ft. Delaware on 4/12/1863. He was exchanged on 4/29/1864. William was listed as being 6' 1/2" tall, dark eyes and dark hair. It is believed that William probably died on his way back home after being released from Illness, as there is no mention of him in the 1870 Cabell County Census |
