Alliance Maneuver Phase Restriction Summary

Naval Units may be moved one space: (1) into an adjacent Sea Zone or Cape Zone where the owning player has coaling rights; or (2) into an adjacent Coastal Area containing a Control marker that belongs to either Alliance; or (3) from an adjacent Sea Zone or Coastal Area to the owning player’s home country, or vice versa.

 

Army Units, subject to the restrictions below, may move one space: (1) into an adjacent Sea Zone containing one of the owning player’s Merchant Fleets; or (2) into an adjacent Area containing a Control marker belonging to either Alliance; or (3) from an adjacent Sea Zone or Area to the owning player’s home country, or vice versa.

 

Army Units may never: (1) enter a Sea Zone containing opposing Naval Units unless the Sea Zone also contains Naval Units belonging to a member of the owning player’s Alliance; or (2) move from a Sea Zone to a Coastal Area that contains any opposing Naval Units, or vice versa; or (3) move from an Area occupied by enemy Army Units to an adjacent Area occupied by enemy Army Units.
