Public Treaties:

The Mingomoto-Carey Defensive Pact of 1890

The great nations of Japan and the United States do hereby enter into a complete, permanent, and public defensive alliance.  In the event of an
offensive military advance on either of these nations, the other has an obligation to join in combat with its ally to the fullest extent possible.

Signed,

Emperor Mattakeshi Mingomoto

President Carey

Treaty of Venice 1888

1.
Italy and Russia, hereby, form a public defensive alliance against the British Empire.

2.  Russia recognizes the Italian right to territory in Africa and will provide military support against Great Britain should it attempt to
interfere with Italian expansion on the African continent.

3.  Italy recognizes the Russian right to claims in the country of China and will likewise provide military support against Great Britian should
it attempt to interfere with Russian expansion in China.

Signed,
Grand Potentate Eikenbelli (Italy)
Tzar Samsonov (Russia)

The Strawberry Fields Forever Peace Accords of 1891

1.  The two sovereign nations of Japan and Great Britain do hereby join together in a public and permanent defensive alliance.

2.  Should any foreign army or navy make any offensive moves against one of these two nations, the other has an obligation to come to its
companion's aid.

3.  Japan, recognizing its strong ties to and defensive alliance with the United States, encourages Great Britain and the U.S. to seize this
opportunity in order to form a permanent three-way alliance so that all three nations, Japan, Great Britain, and the United States, may
infinitely benefit from mutual friendship and aid . . . and may their strawberry fields (or perhaps, in Japan, rice) grow ripe and rich . . .
forever and ever.

4.  Japan, also recognizing the serious nature of the mounting tension between Italy and Great Britain, emphasizes its support of Great Britain
in this conflict.  While Japan will continue to urge Great Britain to use prudent negotiation in dealing with Italy, the Japanese military will
come to Great Britain's aid if such a request is dealt to them.

Emperor Mattakeshi Mingomoto
Lord Stewart

Germanic-Slavic Alliance of 1891

1.
The Russian and Germanic people of Germany and Austria-Hungary do, hereby, form a defensive alliance against the nations of U.S., Japan,
and Great Britain.

2. Russia shall support the peoples of Germany and Austria-Hungary in their expansion into the African Continent and will take military action
against the nation of Great Britain should they oppose Germany and Austria-Hungary’s claims upon the African continent.

3. Germany and Austria-Hungary shall support the people of Russia in staking their claims to territory in China and will take military action
against Great Britain and Japan should they oppose Russian expansion in China.

Signed,
Tzar Samsonov Balenko (Russia)
Samantha von Bismarck (Germany)
