VENDOR RULES

Prices for tables:

$100 per table if payment is sent prior to April 1, 2008

$150 per table if payment is sent prior to June 1, 2008

We require at least a $50 deposit for each table purchase with the balance paid in full prior to June 1, 2008.

Tables are available on a first come, first serve basis. Electricity is available on request made when your payment and or contract is sent in. Wall space is limited and must be reserved. Set up time is between 1pm and 4pm on Friday June 6th, if additional time is required please contact us so we can make arrangements. Please check in with a staff member so we may take you to your location and provide you with vendor passes. Tables are 6 feet in length, two vendor passes are permitted per table purchased, if additional passes are required please contact us prior to the show. Vendors are responsible for the actions of their helpers and will be held accountable. Any nude or graphic images must be properly covered if being sold. All vendors are responsible for the products they sell. Table sharing is prohibited unless permitted by show promoters who must be contacted prior to the show. Vendors are not to move their tables without having approval from staff, do not block doors, emergency exits, or aisles. Any violation of these rules may result in being removed from the show with no refund and banned from future Eerie Frequency events.
