Death Notice
Mrs. Eula M. Jeffrey, 92, a lifelong resident of Davis Creek Road, Barboursville, W. Va., went to be with her Lord, Monday, July 28, 1986, at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, by the Rev. Lafayette Vinson. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born Oct. 18, 1893, in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Charles Albert and Lilly Hensley Dillon. She was a member of Dillon Chapel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Millard Jeffrey, on Feb. 12, 1961; one son, Leo Jeffrey; and one granddaughter, Karen. Survivors include eight sons, Charles A., Roy R., Vivian L., Thomas M., Robert P., Stacey E., and Wylie J. Jeffrey, all of Barboursville, and Raymond R. Jeffrey of Huntington; one daughter, Evelyn M. Eden of Barboursville; six daughters-in-law, Dorothy, Pauline, Sadie, Peggy, Della and Juanita Jeffrey; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Wylie J., Terry, Tommy, Ronald, Richard, Tony, Pete and Larry Jeffrey, and Michael Eden. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Wallace Funeral Home.
