Obituary
Mrs. Kathryn Van Faussien Rogers, 61, of 610 Amanda Furnace Dr., Bellefonte, died at 11 p.m. Saturday at her residence following an extended illness.
Mrs. Rogers was born Sept. 14, 1915, in Staunton, Va., a daughter of the late Homer and Katie Chalmer Van Faussien. She was a self-employed seamstress and a member of Community Presbyterian Church of Bellefonte.
Surviving are her husband, Charles P. Rogers Sr.; a son, Charles P. Rogers Jr. Of Flatwoods; a daughter, Miss Susan Rogers of Bellefonte; two brothers, Carl Van Faussien of Mt. Pleasant, Mich., and Hugh Van Faussien of Prichard, W. Va.; and five sisters, Mrs. Doris Gillette of Barboursville, W. Va., Mrs. Alma Dillon of Huntington, Mrs. Ann Moore of Los Angeles, Mrs. Madeline Ferris of Chesapeake, Va., and Mrs. Jean Black of South Point.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Caniff Funeral Home in Westwood by the Rev. William Garda. Entombment will be in Rose Hill Mausoleum.
The body is at the funeral home, where friends may call after 7 p.m. today.
Pallbearers will be Rusty Dillon, Casey Van Faussien, Buck Gillette, Bob Dillon, John Highley and Michael Robinson.
