Beginner, Intermediate to AdvancedPower Sculpt
1-hour body sculpting class working single muscle groups to fatigue. These exercises are performed at a station that includes a step, free weights and tubing. Movements are simple and athletic with rhythmic variations to modify intensity.

High energy step coupled with body sculpting. Modifications will be shown for maximum intensity based on your fitness level.
Intermediate to AdvancedPilates
Pilates or Physical mind method, is a series of non-impact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness. Pilates can be done by someone at any fitness level. Pilates promotes a feeling of physical and mental well-being and also develops inner physical awareness. It strengthens and lengthens the muscles without creating bulk. Pilates is also helpful in preventing and rehabilitating from injuries, improving posture, and increasing flexibility, circulation and balance.
