12 HP Watkins Marine Engine

Made in Cincinnati, OH circa 1912. I restored this for a fellow engine collector in the spring of '01.

We are looking for ANY info on this engine.....

Having trouble figuring out the bypass porting on this one... note the hole in the piston.
