AM180 Sear Pins
New sear pins to prevent breaking. Instead of the existing spring plunger grooves, which yield a small weak diameter, I make a pins with two "nests". The spring plunger in the sear rests in one nest or the other. The plunger slides from one nest to the other by a shallow groove between the nests. The groove helps prevent the plunger from popping out while switching from SEMI to AUTO. The pin material is a heat treated 4140 steel.
