Top Cover Tightening
Instructions for removing the "slop" between your UZI Top Cover and Receiver.
Some squeeze the rear of the cover in a vise to make it fit snug but I don't like this method because of the top cover scratching the receiver......
One:
Mix JB Weld or equivalent and place a small amount on each side of both ends of the bottom and sides of the top cover.
Two:
Cover both ends of your receiver with Saran Wrap. JB Weld doesn't stick to the wrap and the thickness is .0005". Nice slip fit tolerance as a result.
Three:
Place your top cover on the receiver and let sit over night.
Four:
Remove the top cover and wrap.
