Is your Lamp Post loose, leaning, broken off at the base or has no power?
Lamp posts and light fixtures must be kept in good repair to illuminate our streets at
night and for resident security purposes.  The Association Management Office can offer
assistance with the repair of your lamp post and/or light fixture if you need help.
Please contact the Association Manager for details.

Many of our Lamp Post Fixtures have badly chipped or missing paint!
Homeowners are responsible for the repair and/or replacement of lamp post fixtures.
Please remember - if you are going to replace your lamp post fixture in its entirety,
the new fixture must be very similar in size to the original fixture, must be all white,
have clear glass panels and a white or clear light bulb as explained in our
Covenants and Rules and Regulations.

Take a close look at the condition of your mailbox, newspaper box and post!
The wooden components of your mailbox post must be kept in good repair.
Cracked and/or rotted wood should be promptly replaced.  Posts and newspaper boxes
should have a clean appearance - apply only quality white paint when necessary.
Chipped, broken or severely weathered or damaged mailboxes must be replaced.
The Association Management Office can offer assistance with the repair
of your mailbox post and/or installation of a new mailbox.
