Here's two pages from Weird Mystery Tales #4 (Jan Feb 1973) that are obviously drawn by Jim Starlin, though the letters pages of Weird Mystery Tales #6 credits them to Jack Sparling. The Hotel pg 1 and The Hotel pg 2.
